I connect as sa in the connection string. I work with sql server 2012 and using SqlTableDependency 5.3.0.
User have "public" role and "EXECUTE" permissions. When I create instance SqlTableDependency, I get "UserWithNoPermissionException", but if I comment checking user permission method in source TableDependency all works well.
Please tell me how fix it.

Maybe, the author, Christian must be busy these days.

Have you checked with this guideline of this project page ? https://tabledependency.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=SqlTableDependency
